Reading Public Library seeks an enthusiastic, service-oriented para-professional to join our Collection Services team.

The successful candidate will love providing patrons with high-quality, inclusive, and equitable library service. In addition to basic circulation control and patron account management, our Library Associates build positive patron rapport and create a welcoming environment for visitors of all ages, abilities, and identities. 

Pay

This non-exempt 20-hour-a-week position includes one evening and a Saturday rotation. The expected hiring range is $23.37-24.48 per hour, including benefits.
