About the role:

The Global Records and Information (RIM) Analyst/Lead will play an important role in Takeda’s Records & Information Management (RIM) team responsible for supporting the implementation of the global records management program.  You will support RIM archiving projects and provide consultancy services to RIM customers and will manage priorities, projects, and implement processes that protect Takeda’s reputation. Join Takeda as a Global Records and Information Management (RIM) Analyst/Lead where you will coordinate the management of people, processes, and technology related to data classification, data appraisal, and data archiving. As part of the Legal Operations team, you will report to the Global Records and Information Management Team Leader.
