The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated
marketing initiatives for the assigned product portfolio. This role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing,
campaign execution, content coordination, market research, and marketing operations while contributing to customer
engagement and demand generation activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing Manager with the execution of integrated marketing plans and campaign calendars.
  • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns across email marketing, social media, paid media, webinars, virtual events, conferences, and other promotional activities.
  • Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, campaign assets, and promotional content.
  • Help maintain campaign schedules, project trackers, and marketing documentation.
  • Support lead generation activities by monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic reports using marketing analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, and publishing teams to ensure timely completion of campaign deliverables.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Position Details 


There is one in-person, part-time (20 hours per week) opening for this role. This is a paid position of $17 an hour. The ideal start date for this position is September 15, 2026, and the position will run until mid-December, depending on need and availability.
