Description
Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) is seeking immediate applications for a temporary, part-time Collections Analyst for our Library & Research Services (LRS) team. The Collections Analyst will primarily assist in contract evaluation and collections analysis for a special project with the potential for other assignments.
LRS supports the research, learning, and curricular needs of faculty, researchers, students, and staff. It also provides researchers around the world with information related to public policy, public administration, and international affairs. Qualifications
Required:
- Current enrollment in or completion of an ALA-accredited graduate level library program and/or relevant work experience
- High Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with contract language.
Hours and Compensation
- Flexible work arrangement (remote or hybrid)
- Maximum of 14 hours per week
- $21/hr
- Estimated 6 weeks for project completion with possibility of an extension
