Bard Academy at Simon’s Rock is a boarding school for 9th and 10th grade students. Bard
College at Simon’s Rock is a college where students can start their undergraduate studies as
early as 16. Simon’s Rock is a diverse and gender-inclusive school and workplace.
The Circulation Librarian will supervise the library and manage all aspects of circulation. The library is
preparing to move its collection to another campus, so the Circulation Librarian
will support that project as needed. The Circulation Librarian is expected to collaborate as
needed with the librarians and the Library Director.

Qualifications

 Master’s degree in library science, current MLIS graduate students welcome to apply.
 Two or more years of library experience.
 Applicants with experience in managing interlibrary loan and student workers are preferred.
 Experience working within a diverse community is preferred.

Duration and Compensation

March 24, 2025 – June 27, 2025

Pay: $20.75-$24.00 per hour, 37.5 hours per week
