The NEA Newsletter is looking for volunteers to serve as session reporters at the spring meeting!

Session reporters for this meeting (March 13 to March 15 in Springfield, Massachusetts) will write a summary of their assigned session(s) for publication in the July 2025 issue of the Newsletter. You may volunteer to cover multiple sessions, and student reporters are welcomed. Reports should be between 400 to 500 words and are due on April 30th.

How to Apply

To volunteer, contact the session reports editor at [email protected], with the session you want to cover. Please note that sessions are assigned on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

The IDC (Inclusion and Diversity Committee) is also looking for community note takers to ensure accessibility during the conference. If you’d like to volunteer as a note taker for the session you’re covering, please specify so in your email.
