Come join our team! Mississippi University for Women’s Fant Memorial Library is conducting an open-rank search for an Instruction Librarian. This is a 12-month tenure-track faculty position as part of the Public Services Team, which is committed to fostering a welcome environment to all, embracing diversity, innovation, collaboration, and outside-the-box thinking, and promoting excellence in teaching, learning, and research.
The Instruction Librarian will develop, promote, and implement innovative instruction services across the curriculum for both in-person and online information literacy, including reference services, research consultations, subject guides, outreach, and collection development. The Instruction Librarian will serve as the liaison to the College of Nursing and Health Sciences, and the library is prepared to invest in professional development in this and other areas.
