Takeda Development Center Americas, Inc. is seeking a full-time paid intern to assist with completing the organization and preservation goals in the Nonclinical Research Archive at the Cambridge, MA location for 12 weeks over the summer.
The intern will work with the Nonclinical Regulatory Writing and Systems Team (NRWS) to:
- Assist with ongoing archival activities and projects
- Reporting to the NRWS DLCM Principal Analyst and working directly with the NRWS DLCM Archiving team, the role will involve managing Nonclinical documentation throughout its lifecycle
- The primary project activities will include electronic archiving in the EDMS, general hard copy archiving activities, and will support an ongoing preservation project
- Additional aspects of the role include creating, managing, and editing archival indices and inventories. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- This position will be Hybrid and require 2-3 days in the Cambridge office per week.
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Basic understanding of computer skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
- Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering
- Highly reliable and a strong team player
- Flexible with an attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
U.S. Hourly Wage Range:
$21.00 – $46.00
The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level to be entered following completion of internship. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
