If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to support an academic library by managing library operations related to information services, circulation, facility management, and health & safety during evening hours, this job may be for you. Duties include handling information and reference inquiries in person, over the phone, and through chat. Additionally, this position helps maintain the library productivity environment by supporting service inquiries and referral services for ProtoSpace, the Knowledge Commons, and specialty reference.

Because of the mix of duties and responsibilities in this position, we are seeking applicants interested in learning new skills, raising the level of service, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This position is required to work on campus full-time. Telecommuting will only be authorized for occasional/exceptional circumstances.
