The Role

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to support the Asset Management investment process? The function of this job ensures investment professionals have access to valuable external research to drive the investment decision making process. We believe your client service skills will help you forge relationships with management and investment professionals through your proactive support of their external research needs. We know you will improve our processes for handling external research vendors and develop innovative ways for research spend governance! The value you deliver includes:

Acting as liaison between Investment Professionals and external vendors, leading approvals for research costs and delivering ad hoc spend and/or eligibility data to analysts and management
Supporting investment professional requests for existing research service providers and assisting in appropriate due diligence process with legal and compliance
Partnering with Investment Services colleagues to kick off contract renewal processes for existing research vendors
Running the quarterly research vote cycle including quality checks on data and reporting vote results
Collaborating with IIS Commission Uses, Vendor Administration, Vendor Relations and Market Data teams on service eligibility changes and updates, and workflow integrations
