Metadata Librarian, Digital Assets and Reparative Description, Dartmouth College, (Hanover, NH)

The Digital Assets and Reparative Description Librarian will work with multiple departments to
improve resource description in several key areas, including the identification of reparative
metadata opportunities and working with records at scale across various formats and platforms.
This position will work closely with colleagues in Cataloging and Metadata Services,
Acquisitions and Collection Development, and Digital by Dartmouth (DxDL) to improve
discovery of library resources. This work includes a focus on reparative metadata, digital
collections metadata, and electronic resources metadata with regular contributions to MARC
record creation and maintenance for all formats.
