We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented professional to join our Access Services team. This position assists in managing a team of 13 at our busy mid-sized library in a diverse and bustling community. Under the direction of the Supervisor of Access Services, this position is responsible for the training, scheduling, and management of departmental personnel and ensuring a high level of customer services to patrons.

Schedule and Wage
This is a full-time, 37 hours/week position. The City offers an excellent benefit package which includes pension, deferred compensation, health insurance 80% City paid premium, three weeks’ paid vacation, sick, personal, and holidays; flexible spending accounts, education assistance, and more. Schedule requires a minimum of one evening per week and one Saturday shift in a regular rotation. Starting salary is $41.69/hour Full salary range is $41.69-55.01 per hour.
