This is a growth position which will benefit from a range of experience both inside and outside of libraries and other educational contexts. We are looking for a constellation of education, experience, and skills that will help us learn and grow as an organization. The library is currently in the process of evaluating its information literacy instruction model and this position provides an opportunity to co-create a new model. Student success is central to our strategic framework, and we are actively participating in the university’s Strategic Plan. The library’s leadership holds itself accountable for doing the work that is necessary to address success in the library profession, higher education, and in our communities.
