The Town of Lincoln values workforce diversity as it strengthens performance, integrity, trust, and partnerships with our staff, boards, committees, and community.  The Lincoln Public Library is seeking a Head of Bibliographic Services to lead the acquisition, receiving, cataloging, and maintenance of our collections. This key role involves supervising Bibliographic Services staff and volunteers, while also engaging in circulation, reference, and other assigned duties as needed.

This full-time position entails 37.5 hours per week, with a schedule to be determined, including one evening per week and one Saturday per month. Competitive benefits are included and the starting pay rate ranges from $33.88/hour to $35.94/hour.
