Head of Teen Services job opening – Stratford Library, (Stratford, CT)

The Stratford Library Association is seeking a new Head of Teen Services. This person will work in a team environment, developing programs and services for people in grades 6 through 12.  This position manages two full time and one part time staff. It provides opportunities in reference, programming, community outreach, collection maintenance and technology initiatives. Strong communication, programming, and knowledge of literature for youth, along with proficiency with technology applications and a commitment to equitable public service in a diverse community are required. Bilingual Spanish/English highly desirable. 35 hours/week, including daytime, evening and weekend hours. Pay range for successful candidate: $64,706 – $90,361 commensurate with experience.
