Job Description

The Boston University Libraries are seeking three User Services Coordinators, who meets the research and curricular needs of Boston University Libraries’ visitors by coordinating and monitoring the daily operations of the library’s service desks. The User Coordinators are responsible for mentoring, monitoring, and managing the efforts of the library’s student workforce.

The Libraries have three openings:

Opening shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM- 2:30 PM at Mugar Library
Closing shift: Sunday-Thursday, 6:30 PM-2:30 AM at Mugar Library (eligible for shift differential)
Day shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM at Pardee Management Library
