Description:

College of the Atlantic seeks a full-time Archivist/Librarian to join the Thorndike Library staff. The Archivist/Librarian is responsible for the College Archives and Special Collections and supporting general library services. This is a permanent, full-time (35 hrs/wk) staff position. Benefits include health, dental, and life insurances, retirement, vacation, and tuition relief for the employee and dependents. A degree in library science from an ALA-accredited institution or an equivalent combination of a relevant degree and archives experience is preferred. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, will work well in a dynamic and energetic environment, and will have a commitment to the mission of College of the Atlantic.
