The Role:

Pay Rate – $30/Hour

Work Schedule – Hybrid (Onsite 1 week per month)

Location – Boston, MA

The Research Services Analyst will be responsible for the onboarding of all external
research vendors. You will have direct conversations with our vendors and negotiate the
best rate, payment method and understand the user’s budget to pay for the service.
Understanding the value and business use of the service is important for this role to
handle the service metadata including service eligibility classifications in accordance
with global payment regulatory guidelines.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree
Master of Library & Information Science not required, but useful
Proven ability to analyze and synthesize a wide range of data into valuable insights
Advanced excel skills, ability to perform v lookups, build pivot tables, and prepare complex data
Strong verbal and written communication and social skills, comfortable working across and within dynamic teams
Strong attention to detail
Experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau and OBIEE is strongly preferred
Customer service or client-facing experience and a customer service mentality
Financial services industry experience preferred

The Team:

The Research Services team coordinates the research vote, delivering the valuation of

external research vendors through external vendor tools and internal systems. We will

collaborate as a team to provide requirements to our technology partners for the

maintenance and improvements of our tools.
