Reading Public Library seeks an enthusiastic, service-oriented para-professional to join our Collection Services team.

The successful candidate will love providing patrons with high-quality, inclusive, and equitable library service. In addition to basic circulation control and patron account management, our Library Associates build positive patron rapport and create a welcoming environment for visitors of all ages, abilities, and identities.  

This 20-hour-a-week, non-exempt, para-professional position includes one evening and a Saturday rotation. Includes benefits, and the hiring range is $19.56-$22.91 per hour
