JOB DESCRIPTION: Programming Librarian
Grade/Classification: Salaried/Exempt position
STATUS: Full-Time (40 hours)
REPORTS TO: Library Director
SALARY: $42,000 – $44,000/year, depending on qualifications, full benefits, including health insurance, dental, and NH retirement system

Under the direction of the Library Director, the Programming Librarian is responsible for supporting a broad range of duties related to all aspects of library programs, in a collaborative team environment. This includes but is not limited to developing, planning, and implementing programs specifically for youth, teens, and adults, as well as inter-generational programming, in conjunction with other staff members and outside presenters. This position also supports circulation and reference services, and promotion of all library services and activities throughout the community.
