Northern Michigan University’s Lydia M. Olson Library is seeking a Senior Library Assistant who will assist with library operational functions such as circulation, course reserves, fines/billing, interlibrary loan, collection maintenance, patron assistance, and supervision/training of student workers. This is a term position, ending August 31, 2023. Full employee benefits apply, including healthcare and tuition. 

Required specialized training/certifications:

Associate’s Degree or two years coursework leading toward a Bachelor’s Degree. 

Required minimum work experience:

One year of customer service-oriented work experience.

Supervisory experience.
