Digital Learning and Research Librarian, Georgia College, Milledgeville, GA


As a member of the Instruction and Research Department, the Digital Learning and Research Librarian will coordinate the creation, maintenance, and assessment of an online learning program for the Russell Library. In addition, the librarian will coordinate the library’s involvement in faculty and student digital projects and will be expected to analyze and understand the campus environment to identify emerging areas of interest in online learning and digital research. The librarian will also demonstrate a commitment to diversity and create a learning environment that is welcoming, accessible, and inclusive for all students.

This position reports to Associate Director, Instruction and Research Services, and knows and abides by library and university policies. This 12-month position requires an ALA-accredited Master’s degree in Library Science.
