development programs for professionals of color and provide services for companies so professionals
and executives of color can thrive.

The Work
- Coordinates all aspects of program meeting & event operations needed for conducting 50+ Leadership Development sessions during the program year. Serves as key liaison to program participants, creating & monitoring communications of program information such as program books, pre-work materials and agendas.
- Produces & co-hosts program sessions across our virtual meeting platforms, including Zoom, Remo, Slack or others.
- Maintains & manages Partnerships alumni database in CRM system.
- Serves as program coordinator for BoardLink – a service offering linking our executive program graduates with nonprofit board opportunities.
