Freel Library at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams, MA seeks an engaged and service-oriented part-time Circulation Assistant. This part-time position provides general library assistance to students, faculty, and staff during weekend and/or evening hours, including circulation, reserves, basic information services, and building operations, and actively participates in creating a welcoming atmosphere for MCLA’s diverse community of learners. Start date in September. Part-time, academic calendar position (12-20 hours per week, 30 weeks/year, September-May). Schedule includes at least one weekend day (noon-6 p.m.)  as well as additional weekend and/or weeknight hours. Flexibility to cover evening/weekend staff absences is desirable.
