Countway Library is hiring for an Information Desk Coordinator position. We are looking for someone with two or more years of experience and a focus on public service and customer service. The Information Desk is a new service for Countway.

The Information Desk service will not circulate books nor have a closed reserve section. Countway has moved these services to a self-service model.  Our Information Desk staff will help users with ready reference questions, directions, troubleshooting and more.  There will also be opportunities for other areas of the library to showcase their particular resources and/or services at this new desk.

The Information Desk Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling staffing for user services and working with other Countway departments to hold showcases. This position is primarily onsite role with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with some evening shifts.
