Description:

The Hanson Public Library seeks an energetic and enthusiastic Adult and Youth Services Support Librarian. This position will work with the Adult Services Librarian and Youth Services Librarian to provide library services to patrons of all ages. This position offers a great deal of freedom to develop programs and acquire materials that engage the community. Strong communication skills, a team approach, and a friendly and welcoming demeanor are essential.

This is a 35-hour/week union position with benefits, and may include evening and Saturday hours. Requires Master’s degree in library science from an ALA accredited program

Salary Range

$26.11 – $34.25  /  hour

10% salary increase applied to base wages for holding an MLS degree. Salary range in 12 steps.
