The Experience Research Analyst role will help to inform and establish product vision, define the essential customer journeys, establish and drive the means to ensure regular insights from the field and partner to craft the experiences that improve user productivity and drive business outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:
• Help identify, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user needs and drive design improvements
• Setup, collect, and analyze user behavior through usability tests and user analytics.
• Assist in creating user personas, user scenarios, and journey maps to help drive designs
• Help conduct field studies, user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitive analyses
• Prepare and deliver concise, creative, and impactful reports to members of the UX team, Product Owners, and other stakeholders within the organization
• Manage a community of end-users including monitoring community health, owning a research backlog to keep users engaged, and communicating insights and recommendations to the organization
• Advocates for the needs of end-users and customers throughout the process
• Collaborates effectively as part of a team and thinks divergently to explore multiple possible solutions and paths to acquire necessary insights

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• 1-2+ years of work experience as an experienced research analyst
• Aptitude for managing and analyzing data
• Ability to visualize and present research data simply and clearly
• Good communication, presentation, collaboration, organization, project coordination and interpersonal skills
• Be a strategic thinker, intellectually curious, and constantly seeking improvements
• Can prioritize time between multiple projects
• Quick starter and nimble/creative under project and time constraints
• Passion for learning new technologies and research skills
