Description
Reporting to the Head of the Metadata and Cataloging Initiatives Unit, the E-resources Metadata Librarian manages cataloging workflows for monographic and integrating electronic resources. This position works collaboratively within and outside the department to implement e-resources metadata strategies that best support library operations and discovery. The E-resources Metadata Librarian coordinates and contributes to the cataloging of monographic and integrating e-resources. This position also leads cataloging remediation and enrichment projects to ensure optimal discovery of the Libraries’ collections. The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in a future-oriented Libraries environment, and to respond effectively to changing needs and priorities.
