Senior Program Coordinator, Boston University (School of Law), Boston, MA

The Sr. Program Coordinator will perform a wide range of duties in a busy, student service focused office.

Responsible for:

·     Processing incoming student deposits, registration, billing, final credential tracking, file number and record establishment

·     Coordination of information for 1L Registration publication

·     Liaison to Student Affairs for coordination of orientation materials.

·     Monthly deposits of transcript fees, regular office supply inventory and ordering, recruiting and hiring exam proctors, and approving exam proctor hours.

·     Assist Registrar with all aspects of exam coordination including communications to faculty regarding format, submission and grading deadlines, and post exam publication preferences.

·     Supervise student workers and assist on special projects as needed.

Required Skills

·     B.A./B.S. with one to three years of office experience, in an academic or customer service setting required.

·     Must possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access

·     Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical and organizational skills.

·     Attention to detail, professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information, and the ability to work independently are essential.

·     Overtime hours required during peak registration and examination periods.
