Description:

The Town of Dracut seeks qualified applicants to serve as Library Director. The
Library Director is responsible for the professional, administrative and supervisory
work in directing the provision of library services including program and collection
development and building maintenance in conformance with Board policies,
regulations of the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, the laws of the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and applicable Town bylaws.

Minimum qualifications includes MLS from an accredited school, at least 4 years in
public library management position, excellent leadership skills, Excellent written
and oral communication skills, knowledge of Library technology and trends and
effective personnel management skills. The Town of Dracut requires a physical
exam, drug screen and CORI check post-offer.

Salary Range is $67,522 – $95,317.
