Posted June 24, 2021

You will be contacted when the library has a need and you can accept or decline the shift as your availability allows. The library may have slots in the Children’s Room, the Adult Services area of the Library, or a generalist area, where you would help any patron coming in or contacting any of their eight branches or their Central Library. There is no residency requirement for this position. Finally, this position is continuously posted, so there is no closing date.
Applicants, who should hold an ALA-accredited MLS, are recommended to consider their proximity to Springfield due to the on-call nature of the job
