Cline Library Special Collections and Archives (SCA) at Northern Arizona University seeks a forward-thinking, collaborative, and innovative Assistant Archivist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the department’s collections management program. This archivist will support the strategic directions of the department, the library, and the university while working collaboratively to manage the care of collections.

The position oversees acquisitions, inventories, environmental controls, space management, and collection care. It works closely with department archivists to effectively manage current and future collections from accession to access. Finally, it reviews, revises, and develops collections management practices and policies and ensures their efficient and effective implementation.
