The Welch Medical Library at Johns Hopkins University is recruiting for two Informationist
positions. We are seeking creative, innovative, and collegial candidates that are interested in joining a
team of deeply engaged professionals working with faculty, staff, students, and clinicians in the Johns
Hopkins School of Medicine, School of Nursing, Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Health System
and hospitals. These positions will report to the Associate Director of Informationist Services. Come to
the Welch Library and partner on initiatives in education, research, patient care, and community
engagement!

Successful candidates will be appointed at either the level of Informationist II or Informationist III
depending on professional qualifications and experience.

The Informationist II level is perfect for an early career with at least two years of experience
looking to grow their skills. The salary range for an Informationist II is $50,700 – $69,780
annually.
