Description:
Experienced Analyst to support competitive intelligence function. Activities will be focused in the following areas:
- Management of win-loss program
- Win-loss analysis for consolidated reporting
- Research and analysis of competitor offerings and capabilities
- Content development and sales enablement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years related experience in business analysis, competitive intelligence or comparable Marketing/Sales support
- Experience in technology/enterprise software, workforce management or human capital management strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills required, Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel required, VBA a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team as well as independently as needed
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, managing several projects simultaneously, while effectively meeting deadlines
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with outside organizations and contacts
- Limited travel (< 5%) required
