Competitive Intelligence Analyst, Lowell, MA

Description:

Experienced Analyst to support competitive intelligence function. Activities will be focused in the following areas:

  • Management of win-loss program
  • Win-loss analysis for consolidated reporting
  • Research and analysis of competitor offerings and capabilities
  • Content development and sales enablement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years related experience in business analysis, competitive intelligence or comparable Marketing/Sales support
  • Experience in technology/enterprise software, workforce management or human capital management strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills required, Salesforce CRM experience preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel required, VBA a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team as well as independently as needed
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, managing several projects simultaneously, while effectively meeting deadlines
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with outside organizations and contacts
  • Limited travel (< 5%) required
