Description:

The Tunbridge Public Library is seeking a part time Library Director for our small, vibrant, rural community library. Responsibilities include collection management, budget oversight, information technology and facility management, community outreach, planning & implementing
programming, and supervision of staff / volunteers.

This is a part-time position, with flexibility for 20-30 hours per week, depending on candidate availability and preference. This position will include some evening and weekend work. Pay range is $19–$24 / hour depending on education and experience. Benefits include paid vacation time after one year, two person medical insurance coverage, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays and paid sick time.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s of Library Science degree, or a Vermont Certificate of Public Librarianship, however a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in public library management will be considered.
