The MIT Department of Distinctive Collections (DDC) seeks a temporary, part-time Web Archiving Assistant to perform quality assurance procedures on web archives crawls undertaken this year and other minor tasks related to web archiving. Interest or experience with web archiving or web development encourage.
This is a part-time position (10 to 15 hours per week) at $18 an hour. The project will begin in early February 2021 and conclude no later than July 31, 2021. The work will be fully remote for the duration of the project.
