The Center for Creative Photography seeks an experienced, collaborative, and visionary Senior Archivist to lead the team responsible for managing the premier photographic research archive in North America. The position manages 279 archives to date consisting of approximately nine million objects, oversees library and study center activities, manages the oral history project in concert with the curatorial department, and the digital imaging unit. The Senior Archivist is responsible for developing a vision in alignment with the CCP’s core values and the articulated institutional priorities of investment, engagement, and access. The Senior Archivist must set and communicate priorities for the department and execute strategies relating to the goals in the CCP’s Strategic Action Plan.
