Undoing Racism, Virtual Workshop

Professor Jonnie Hamilton-Mason is excited to invite you to participate in an Undoing Racism appetizer! Each year they collaborate with the Haymarket Peoples Fund, Boston College School of Education and International Human Rights and the Mel King Institute for Community Building to host a People’s Institute Workshop on Undoing Racism. Through dialogue, reflections, presentations and participation you will obtain an analysis of the root causes of structures of power, privilege and racism. The workshop will be held on line September 19, 2020; October 2, 3 and October 16, 2020 (scheduled 9-3pm with breaks for lunch).
This year we have a number of scholarships for students online and on the ground Students. Students who are selected will be expected to attend one of the attached scheduled virtual sessions, complete reflections and participate in a follow up individual or group social action project.
How to Join the Workshop:
