Northborough Free Library is seeking a Library Director to provide executive leadership in the strategic delivery of Northborough’s network of library services and programming tailored to serve the needs of the community’s residents and all library patrons. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will receive an attractive compensation package including health and retirement plans and an annual salary of $78,971-$102,633, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
