Lincoln City Libraries (NE) is currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Library Director. This position will assist the Library Director in overall management, coordination and direction of the library system. Seeking dynamic individual with demonstrated leadership skills, passion for public libraries, and proven record of effectively working in a changing environment. Responsible for personnel and facilities functions within framework of City policies. Supervises upper level management of the library. Lincoln City Libraries includes a main library, seven branches and bookmobile. It serves all residents of Lancaster County with population of 300,000. Annual operating budget of $10 million, 100 FTEs, annual circulation of 3.1 million with a collection of 800,000.

This is a full-time position. Hours are: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, plus other hours as necessary. Salary is $85,234.00 – $116,165.00.
