The School of Information Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign seeks an outstanding applicant for an endowed, tenured position at the rank of Associate or full Professor. Candidates for the Mildred M. Luther and Kathryn Luther Henderson Professorship in Preservation and Technical Services must have a strong international reputation within this area. All specializations and perspectives within this broad area will be considered including but not limited to: cataloging and classification, standards, collection development and management, and preservation. Focus may be on print, digital, or other media.

This is a full-time position. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
