Library Director, Sawyer Free Library, Gloucester, MA

The Gloucester Lyceum and Sawyer Free Library seeks a new Library Director.  The venerable Gloucester library, a public-private partnership between the City of Gloucester and the Sawyer Free Library non-profit corporation seeks new leadership for its 85,000-volume collection, campus, and 17 member staff.  The Library is currently campaigning to raise funds to receive a Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners grant for the renovation of its building and campus. They Library seeks a seasoned and ambitious leader who can join the Board in its efforts to bridge the Sawyer Free Library into its future.  The position offers place, passion, community and challenge. 

Salary Range: $85,675.33-$102, 410.35 annually
