Tisch Library at Tufts University is looking for an experienced reference librarian to provide reference services during the Spring 2020 semester. This position provides reference services to students, faculty, and staff in one-on-one and small groups in person and online.
Tisch Library supports three Tufts’ Schools – Arts & Sciences, Engineering, and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts – providing collections, expertise, and technology-rich environments to assist the Tufts community in teaching, learning, research, and the creation and dissemination of scholarship.
Qualifications:
Required: MLIS or equivalent; experience providing reference services.
Preferred: academic library experience.
Full/Part Time: Part time, 25 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2 p.m. – 7 p.m.
This is a temporary position for the spring semester and will end on May 8, 2020.
Education: MLIS or equivalent
Salary: $25/hour.
