Manchester-by-the-Sea Public Library seeks a part time Young Adult Librarian.

Energetic applicants will find the Teen age group enthusiastic to creative programming, varied and vital literature, and expecting the high level of services other age groups enjoy in our lively small library.

Schedule

Hours will be 12-15 per week, non-benefitted, largely afternoons, and evenings as you focus on middle to high school students, grades 6-12.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Head of Children’s Services and be an integral part of an experienced staff.

Requirements

Experience with this age group in library or school setting is preferred, BA or BS required.

Salary

Pay is 23.66-25.70 hourly, DOQ.
