The Goodnow Library seeks an energetic Substitute Children’s Department Library Assistant to provide outstanding customer service to its patrons. Ability and enthusiasm for multi-tasking, and adapting to new technologies and services a must.

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be well-organized; detail oriented; and possess outstanding customer service skills. A flexible schedule, knowledge of children’s literature and experience with Microsoft Office are a must.

BA and one to three years of related experience, or equivalent combination preferred.

 

Salary: $$20.47/hr

 

Schedule

This is an on-call position; shifts will vary and may include working evening and weekend shifts.  A CORI will be required for the successful candidate.
