Part-time Library Assistant, Eastham Public Library, Eastham, MA

The Town of Eastham seeks qualified individuals for the part-time (19) hour position of LIBRARY ASSISTANT. This position performs customer service and reference duties relating to the circulation of library materials and assisting library patrons in using the library; shelving and other related work, as required.

• Associates Degree in Library Science or Information Technology required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred,
• 1 year of library experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of library policies and procedures, including automated circulation systems and information technology is preferable.

Salary is $18.23 per hour.
