We have some openings for folks who are interested in politics, statistics, and technology. Please pass along to your students as appropriate (both undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply).

ABOUT US: Analyst Institute runs randomized controlled experiments to find out what really works in political and social justice campaigns. We keep a low profile, but we work with all the big name groups in the progressive ecosystem: labor unions, environmental groups, racial justice organizers, LGBT rights advocates, and more from local and state-based groups all the way up to Presidential campaigns.

ABOUT THE JOB: We have a few openings on our analytics team, which analyzes all of the experiments that we run and builds the tools to do our work. As a member of the Analytics team, you can expect to be involved in AI’s many fields of research. You will

• Prepare and analyze experiments with a direct impact on the success of campaigns.

• Work with nearly 10 years of past experimental results to draw broad lessons for the progressive community, and help communicate the results to decision makers.

• Build the tools and software to make our work faster, cheaper, and better.
