Access Services Manager, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA

The Access Services Manager administers and directs the operations of the Access Services Department including Information Desk, resource sharing services, course reserves, stacks maintenance and building safety. S/he will work closely with the Assistant Director in evaluating and developing policies, procedures and workflow to ensure a high quality of service.
Requirements:
- Three years supervisory experience in Access Services.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication, management and organization skills.
- Experience with automated library systems, such as Ex Libris Voyager.
- Experience with resource sharing systems; ILLiad preferred.
- Analytical abilities and computer literacy.
