Over the past year our DAM software solution has gained great traction in the U.S., and we have found that American companies have a strong interest in and need for our product for their digital media. By actively participating in implementations for new and existing clients and communications with co-workers and clients, you would be working with us as we expand the reach of our solution in the U.S.
Pay: $14.00/hour
Hours: Part-time, TBD according to your schedule. Typically ~20 hours/week.
Who you are:
- Autonomous self-starter who will “own” the position and find ways to contribute to the team
- Someone who can shift gears quickly, adaptable
- Interested in technology/software/SaaS-based, global company
- Interested in immersing yourself in the Bynder culture
- Open team player with (very) strong communicative skills
Who we are:
Bynder’s European headquarters are located in Amsterdam, with additional offices in Rotterdam, London, Barcelona, and Boston. Bynder employs over 150 people of multiple nationalities and professional backgrounds, and we are all young and enthusiastic about our work. The Bynder Team services over 150 clients, is used throughout 46 different countries, and is available in 10 different languages. Our Boston office is located in the booming Seaport District, namely in Fort Point, near the Boston Tea Party Museum and the Children’s Museum and a short walk from South Station. Our office is nearby several cafes, restaurants, and cool bars where we like to have team drinks. We also have a little putting green and videogames in the office to enjoy during breaks.
Things you might do:
- Crunch, quality-control, and use mad Excel skills to manage data
- Increase findability of digital assets with metadata application
- Implement brand standards for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses
- Work closely with the Implementation and Customer Success teams on existing and new projects, including some project management and knowledge management
Skills:
- Demonstrate ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Adobe Suite, basic HTML/CSS, programming languages (such as Python or JavaScript) or an interest in learning
- Creative problem solving
- Good at organizing things
