JOB SUMMARY
The Library Director (Employee) is responsible for the management, planning, direction, administration and evaluation of all library functions and services to effectively meet the growing diversity of cultural, recreational, informational, and educational library needs of the community in accordance with the regulation of the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, the by-laws of the Town and the laws of the commonwealth. Employee is required to perform all similar or related duties.
